Vitamin E [Vital Nutrition] is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps prevent fats and oils from becoming rancid. It is the most common vitamin found in nature and is often lacking in processed foods. This vitamin helps to maintain the fluidity of the blood and is necessary for maintenance of the skeletal, cardiac and smooth muscle membranes.
